Your Role:
As a Maths and Science teacher, you will craft and deliver personalised, high-quality education tailored to their students' unique needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Innovative Teaching: Create engaging lessons that meet DFE guidelines and diverse learning requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner with a supportive team to enhance and enrich our curriculum.
- Guidance: Lead and support Teaching Assistants for effective classroom management.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce school policies with a strong focus on safeguarding and equal opportunities.
- Student Monitoring: Track student progress and well-being, coordinating with support teams and professionals as necessary.
Essential Duties:
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach creatively and flexibly to engage all students.
- Adaptation: Modify lessons to support students with ASD and other learning needs.
- Classroom Environment: Maintain a nurturing, development-focused atmosphere.

Skills and Experience Required:
