Property Manager – Benefits
- £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary
- OTE £28,000 - £30,000
- Bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday only position

Property Manager – Duties
- General management of a number of Fully Managed units
- Following up on property visits and organising works as needed
- Managing arrears and processing any rent protection claims
- Organising scheduled and reactive repairs
- Ensuring compliance of your portfolio and that each property adheres to current legislation
Property Manager – Experience Needed:
- 12 months experience in a Property Management or similar role
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Possess the ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with the general public and clients
- Be enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in this busy industry
- Looking to be a part of a growing business and forge a long-term career
