Senior Propositions Manager - Protection, Employee Benefits
Location: East Sussex
Time in the office: Ideally two days. Open to discussion.
£50,000 - £74,000 per annum
Company client is extremely excited to be supporting one of the UK's leading Individual Protection and Employee Benefits insurance companies who, due to continued growth, are looking to enhance their Customer Propositions Team.
The business is taking on a fresh and dynamic approach, using cutting edge data techniques to lead on innovation.
This role will be a great fit for an experienced financial services professional with demonstrable experience in Product development. As this is a senior role you will need to have experience with Individual Protection or Group Protection products. (Employee Benefits)

Example responsibilities (depending on experience)
- Develop propositions to support the companies Product development goals.
- Investigate competitor developments and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Manage produce literature
- Be involved with performance reviews of the propositions and play an active role in recommendations for the future.

Required Experience:
- Experience in Propositions, product management or Product development.
- Strong knowledge of Protection or Employee Benefits
- Degree level education
- Complete or working towards a Financial Services qualification (FPC, FCII) #LI-PB1
