Industry Manager (Retail - South)
Reports to: Head of External Sales & Key Accounts

What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, forging strong relationships and driving new business in the retail/fashion space.
- Regularly connect with clients to promote our top-tier products, meet sales targets, and achieve growth.
- Dive into new business acquisition, cross-sell products, and maximize account potential.
- Keep tabs on market trends to uncover fresh opportunities and work closely with marketing to re-engage lapsed clients.
- Use our CRM to stay organized, maintain forecasting accuracy, and share insights with the team.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in external sales, ideally in retail consumables or shop fittings, with hands-on experience in managing accounts independently.
- Knowledge of national retail, ideally fashion-focused, and strong industry insight.
- Exceptional communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
