We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pathfinder Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with technical expertise in operating National Grid substations and a strong understanding of high-voltage transmission systems. You'll be at the forefront of managing key projects in collaboration with industry leader Siemens, ensuring the seamless operation and development of the UK's power infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale transmission projects in partnership with Siemens.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of National Grid substations, ensuring all technical standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support, leveraging your experience in the energy or nuclear sectors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
