The Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Create and implement individualised education plans that address the unique needs of each student.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to provide a holistic approach to learning.
- Use innovative teaching methods to ensure all students can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status is essential.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs in a school or specialist setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, understanding and adaptable approach to teaching.
