Role: Customer Service Advisor
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Hours: 35 hours per week, on a rotational basis between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary Range: £21,500 to £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hybrid Working: Transition to hybrid working model after training period
Start Dates: May and June start dates available

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients within the Life and Pensions (L&P) sector.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to better assist customers.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Willingness to undergo DBS and Credit Check clearance.
