Role:
As a Licensed Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and support to clients through the conveyancing process. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing
- A current practicing certificate
- Strong knowledge of local property markets and a well-established local presence
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice
