About You We're looking for an enthusiastic T&C Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in a T&C or financial advisory role. You should have a solid understanding of FCA regulations, advisory processes, and a keen interest in Consumer Duty.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Financial Advisers.
- Manage the T&C matrix and adviser files.
- Conduct adviser meetings, observations, and recertification.
- Monitor and review business registers and client files.
- Provide feedback and liaise with advisers, paraplanners, and external compliance firms.
- Assist with compliance projects, policies, and regulatory training.
Requirements
- Experience in T&C schemes or financial advisory roles.
- Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- QCA Level 4 Diploma (Mortgage and Equity Release qualifications preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
