Job Duties:
- Ensure purchase invoices and credits are processed in a timely manner
- Dealing with supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with warranty queries
- Reviewing supplier payment terms
- Processing transactions
- Supporting wider finance team internally
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will report directly into the Finance Manager

Ideal experience?
- Worked in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger environment with high volumes essential
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
- 1+ year's experience in Purchase Ledger is essential
