Job Duties:

  • Ensure purchase invoices and credits are processed in a timely manner
  • Dealing with supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with warranty queries
  • Reviewing supplier payment terms
  • Processing transactions
  • Supporting wider finance team internally
  • Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will report directly into the Finance Manager

Ideal experience?

  • Worked in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger environment with high volumes essential
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good excel and system skills essential
  • 1+ year's experience in Purchase Ledger is essential
