Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a superb opportunity for a company based in Redhill, who are looking for an Events & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
Working for a company with offices worldwide, the Events & Marketing Coordinator role is busy and varied, working across a range of events, and across the full marketing mix.
Responsibilities of the Events & Marketing Coordinator role will include:
- Managing events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences and internal and external events
- Supporting all marketing activities to organise and promote events
- Travel when required to events in the UK and internationally
- Work with stakeholders to plan, design, book, manage budget, equipment, stands and all event logistics
- Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures for each event
- Maintaining accurate events records and reporting
- Overseeing events on the day
- Managing and updating marketing collateral
- Maintaining stock levels, designing and ordering printing
- Updating the website and intranet
- Liaising with suppliers of corporate merchandise
To be considered for the Events & Marketing Coordinator role, you will need the following:
- Proven experience in marketing and event planning/coordination
- Experience of organising corporate events
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to manage own time
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work to deadlines
The company offer a salary of up to £35,000 plus competitive benefits, and potential for hybrid working after probation.
