Operations Director - Compliance/Accounting/Legal - £70-80k
I'm supporting a growing software provider, whose core product operates in supporting the company formation industry. As the business matures they are looking to hire an Operations Director who can assist in maturing internal processes. The role requires a proven business/people leader who has solid experience of operating in a commercial role. You'll act as the face of the business, engaging with suppliers (Banks/FS Providers) whilst also adding maturity to internal processes for Compliance (AML/HMRC regs), Legal and Accounting. This role will suit someone who has retains the ability to understand company compliance/legal requirements/finance whilst also having the ability to grow a business. Experience operating in a regulated industry across professional services would suit here. The company are based in Manchester City Centre and would require 1-2 days a week in office.
