Credit Controller / £24,000-£26,000 / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / Permanent
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in the Liverpool City Centre area who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team
Package:
- Salary £24,000 - £26,000
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm
- Hybrid - 2 days in the office a week

Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Duties:
- Contact customers by telephone, letter etc. regarding the collection of debt
- Negotiate with customers and use objection handling to ensure debt is received.
- Process credit card payments
- Complete the month end shut down for each period
- Deal with queries internally and externally
- Provide support and communicate with wider finance team with updates
Who will I report into?
The Credit Controller will report directly into the Credit Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview's for the Credit Controller will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Candidates will need experience within a fast-paced Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Billing role
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
