We're supporting them in the recruitment of a technical Financial Accountant that will be given a clear route of progression through to more senior roles within the organisation.

Description
Financial Accountant duties:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial models to support business decisions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Conduct audit and reviews of financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports.
- Support the wider finance team where required.
Profile
The successful Financial Accountant will be:
- Professionally qualified with a relevant body: ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience working a similar role within a not for profit setting.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
