The Administrator Role

As an Administrator, you'll support the Chief People Officer and HR Manager across a variety of HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin duties
  • Screening CVs and arranging interviews
  • Posting job vacancies and vetting candidates
  • Issuing employment contracts and managing new starter paperwork
  • Conducting references, background checks, and coordinating logistics for new hires
  • Distributing pension information
  • Collecting payroll data and assisting with compensation and benefits documentation
  • Maintaining accurate employee records (holidays, sickness, leavers)
  • Supporting HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Diary management

The Administrator

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Administration experience in previous employment
  • Competent using Microsoft Programs

In Return?

  • £24,000
  • 26 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:15 with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Office Based
