IT Systems Administrator

Exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator to join a growing business based near Abingdon, offering up to £45,000 (DOE) plus excellent benefits.

The Role

The IT Systems Administrator will join a close knit team, and be responsible for:

  • day to day IT and desktop support to all users across the business
  • coordinating new starters/managing leavers (laptop set up, decommissioning etc.)
  • utilise enterprise tools to ensure security patches and softwares are installed effectively
  • implementation of new IT tools and software
  • contribute to IT security processes, certifications, and best practice (documentation etc.)
  • support on exciting new projects (including use of AI in the workplace!)

About you

Applicants for the IT Systems Administrator role will have:

  • previous experience gained in a similar IT Support / Systems Administrator position
  • experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, and Windows Server administration
  • knowledge of MS Azure Services (e.g. InTune, Defender)
  • knowledge of Linux environments would be beneficial (not essential)
  • excellent communication and support/customer service ability
  • proactive and self-starter approach

On offer

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)
