Your Role as a Supply Teaching Assistant:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of students to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt to various learning environments.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive learning space.
- Help prepare and organise learning materials and resources for the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children (experience in an educational setting is preferred).
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and in various schools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus but not essential.
