Global Product Marketing Manager

We are working with a global business based near Reading who are looking for a Product Marketing Manager in a newly created role. This is a great opportunity for an individual contributor looking to have the opportunity to build out a team.

You must have experience within B2B SaaS or ERP product experience ideallly on a global scale. Hybrid working intially 1 day per week in the office and then open to more remote with a base up to £85,000 on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing for Existing Solutions:

  • Develop and update toolkits to support product sales.
  • Create user and buyer personas.
  • Research market trends and competitive environments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce materials highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Train sales teams on product benefits.
  • Lead demand creation initiatives to raise awareness of our product range.
  • Produce high-level sales tools such as case studies, references, and white papers.
  • Manage internal announcements and ensure timely release of new information.

Support New Product Releases:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare sales tools for product launches.
  • Lead the development of strong value propositions for new products.
  • Articulate the benefits of new products to the target market.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Degree in marketing, product development, or a business-related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, particularly in a product-focused role.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or ERP product marketing role
  • Strong experience in developing white papers, case studies, benchmarks and brochures
  • Ability to understand and convey technical software product features.
  • Experience with the ERP industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to measure content strategy success and understand customer behaviour.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
