Sales Support Coordinator – Uckfield – up to £28,000 DOE

We have a fantastic new role for a proactive and confident a Sales Support Coordinator to provide key daily support to this active team. You will be essential in assisting them in achieving their strategic and ambitious vision for continued expansion over the next 5 years.
The Day To Day:
You will be supporting the team in processing incoming inquiries and managing client expectations, updating sales reports, liaising with suppliers and other staff to resolve queries, maintaining customer relationships and account management, quotation and sample pack production, supporting trade shows, events and promotions and other administrative support.
About you:
- You will have 1-2 years experience in a telephone environment
- Experience in producing sales quotations and proposals.
- Confident and warm phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication
- Experienced in building customer relationships.
- Commercially aware.
- Team player.
