We are currently working with a global law firm who are looking for a Real Estate paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be working closely alongside partners, associates, and knowledge lawyers on a variety of Real Estate matters.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Assisting with file opening procedures,
- Undertaking and tracking searches,
- Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT applications,
- Creating, checking, and scheduling deeds,
- Assisting with transactions.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.
It is essential you have gained previous Real Estate paralegal experience in a similar setting.
