Sales Associate
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum - Annual Bonus + Uncapped Commision
Potentially a home-based position for the right candidate to be based anywhere in the UK
I am currently representing a rapidly growing medical manufacturing/distribution company who are looking to expand their successful sales team. I am looking for a motivated and results driven candidate who is passionate about selling and customer service/satisfaction with the ability to achieve challenging targets. This position would suit someone who is really keen on progression and is looking to work their way up within a company.
This is a varied position with duties being such as;
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, upselling, cross-selling, business development and account management
Key skills:
- Using a CRM system to update customers information maintaining a high quality of record keeping
- Communicating and partnering with selected customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Implement excellent customer service with the aim to build and develop long lasting relationships (selling to industry related companies)
- Achieving/exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Effectively communicate the technical value proposition via phone, conference calls and email
- Partner with the internal sales department to prepare and present winning quotations and sales proposals
- Coordinate with prospects/customers to arrange and prepare for product demonstrations
- Positively promote the company profile, products and services
