Description
- Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure the company's management makes well-informed decisions.
- Create financial reports and cash flow projections.
- Fixed asset register & product costing.
- BOM's in SAP
- Assist with the budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor internal controls and manage risk along with variance analysis.
- Work closely with other team members to understand and manage input to financial planning.
- Identify efficiency savings and recommend strategies to improve the company's financial performance.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- An accountancy qualification from a recognised body.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
