Are you a Senior Digital Analyst with a passion for data-driven insights and a knack for solving complex problems? Highly renowned, they play a key role in transparency, regulatory compliance, and public trust. They're seeking an experienced analyst who can support their ongoing digital transformation by providing actionable insights that directly impact public services.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll take the lead on digital analysis projects, primarily focused on enhancing user experience through data insights. This involves:

  • Leading projects that leverage user survey data and performance metrics to make strategic improvements.
  • Utilising tools like Matomo and SmartSurvey for data collection, tagging, and reporting.
  • Collaborating closely with developers and testers to implement and refine data tags.
  • Presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, aiding in the improvement of digital services.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven skills in HTML, JavaScript, Python, and TMS, along with experience in PowerBI and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to manage and visualise data on dashboards and interpret survey results.
  • Confidence in leading project discussions, influencing stakeholders, and working closely with a technical team.
  • Familiarity with government service standards and a keen understanding of beta testing.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented digital analyst with experience working on complex data projects.
  • You're comfortable collaborating across teams, leading initiatives, and effectively communicating insights.
  • An understanding of government services, especially in regard to public sector standards, is highly beneficial.
