They're seeking an experienced analyst who can support their ongoing digital transformation by providing actionable insights that directly impact public services.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll take the lead on digital analysis projects, primarily focused on enhancing user experience through data insights. This involves:
- Leading projects that leverage user survey data and performance metrics to make strategic improvements.
- Utilising tools like Matomo and SmartSurvey for data collection, tagging, and reporting.
- Collaborating closely with developers and testers to implement and refine data tags.
- Presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, aiding in the improvement of digital services.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven skills in HTML, JavaScript, Python, and TMS, along with experience in PowerBI and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to manage and visualise data on dashboards and interpret survey results.
- Confidence in leading project discussions, influencing stakeholders, and working closely with a technical team.
- Familiarity with government service standards and a keen understanding of beta testing.
