Our prestigious client is looking for someone with a strong administrative background with a competent typing speed. To support their sales team within the logistics department. You will learn all aspects of sales, shipping and logistics.
Key Responsibilities as Sales Support Administrator:
- Support the clients sales team
- Provide support in processing orders
- Coordinating logistics to manage the shipping in and out of goods - training given
- Be in regular contact with overseas suppliers, shipping agents and customers.
Key Requirements:
- Be a strong administrator
- Have a positive 'can-do' approach to problem solving.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office products including outlook, excel, and word
- A good typing speed.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally, previous experience using SAGE.
