Our Local Authority client is looking for a Change Management expert to join their project for an initial 4 month period.
£500 per day (Inside IR35, via an umbrella company only)
4 months, extendable
Stafford; Hybrid/flexible (to be discussed)
Key Skills required:
- Must be a Change management expertise
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Health Visiting & School Nursing services
- Must have knowledge and experience of the use of digital in securing efficiencies
- Must be able to demonstrate recent successful examples of assignments within the Public Sector within the last 2 years
- Excellent awareness of national policy landscape re CYP&F
- Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative, innovative and forward thinking
