A Customer Service Coordinator is needed to provide top-notch support within the property industry. You'll be joining a team of 5 other customer coordinators, with 21 in the whole customer service department.

Description

  • Coordinate and manage customer service operations within the property sector.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Organise and schedule appointments as required.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Continually improve service procedures, policies, and standards.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
