Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Shared Services Lead.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience leading HR operations, to join a great HR team and make a real impact to the employee experience. We are looking for a forward thinking, proactive and agile HR Shared Services lead to join and lead a small team, ensuring there is effective customer service and administrative support to HR colleagues, and internal stakeholders to enable business improvements and facilitate the provision of quality MI.
Duties:
- Leading coaching, overseeing and developing the HRSS team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
- As this is a newly created role, you'll be responsible for taking a holistic view of the team, workflows and processes to ensure employee records are well maintained and controls checks and measures are in place to ensure data integrity.
- Act as a Superuser for HR information Systems overseeing maintenance and looking for opportunities to develop the functionality.
- Preparation of key people reports and analytics, including absence management, for period reporting to board and other reports such as the Gender Pay Gap
Skills/Qualifications:
- Understanding of people processes and systems
- Experience of process improvement.
- People management skills, supporting a team dealing with a complex workload.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, self service automation and shared services.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data
