Sales Executive

Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our client in based Epsom. You will be responsible for managing inventory sales, facilitating the purchase and resale of components, and utilising online parts databases. This role involves providing quotes, negotiating with customers and suppliers, building strong professional relationships and conducting outbound sales calls.

Salary DOE £20,000 - £30,000 p.a. PLUS uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inventory sales transactions to manage and move stock.
  • Handle the purchase and resale of components to facilitate business deals.
  • Utilise online databases for aircraft parts to track and manage inventory.
  • Provide customers with accurate quotes and diligently follow up on potential sales.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with management to plan and execute sales strategies, aiming to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and margins.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships, upholding the company's core values.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls, developing customer relationships by understanding their specific needs and requirements.
  • Cultivate strong connections with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and enhance the company's ability to meet customer needs proactively.

To Be Successful:

  • Have experience/strong interest in Sales
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Driven by results and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
