We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join an established business in the Chelmsford area.
This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £40k-£45k with good benefits and the exciting opportunity for professional development. You will work with and visit other offices within the business and immerse yourself in various HR initiatives.
You will be an experienced HR Advisor who has worked with multiple stakeholders as well as having experience of managing business restructures and change initiatives. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and an excellent customer service ethos.
- Enjoy the chance to progress and develop professionally.
- Confidently liaise with managers across the business including supporting/advising in ER meetings using knowledge of employment law.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking all employee training – professional, apprenticeships and CPD.
- Handle employee queries relating to HR.
- Represent HR across the business, contributing to ideas and working collaboratively with the team across offices to maintain positive working relationships
- Work closely with the Marketing team on key HR Projects such as talent attraction and retention.
- Assist the HR Team in Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a professional approach with an appreciation for the confidential environment of which you work in.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of generalist HR experience.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- Ability to confidently engage with line managers.
- Proven exposure to case work and disciplinaries.
- Experience within a Learning and Development environment would be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced HR role.
- A genuine passion for driving positive change in HR practices.
