Customer Service Representative

My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role involves multitasking and maintaining good organisational abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient administrative operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Listen carefully to understand customers' circumstances and needs.
- Answer all customer queries and bookings via phone, email, and internet.
- Achieve individual daily targets as set by the Customer Service Manager.
- Chase delivery reports to keep clients informed about their deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
- Help with fulfilment projects.
- Work on a weekly shift basis, with hours ranging from early shifts starting at 7:30 am to late shifts ending at 8:00 pm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Clear communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
