The client, an expert Urban Planning and Development Consultancy, is looking for a Planner to join the team! They specialise in navigating the complexities of planning approvals, strategic land use, and urban design across residential, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career and work on exiting project alongside other town planner, architects, builders, engineers, and developers.

The Position as a Town Planner
The position as a Planning Consultant for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to progress their career and work on exciting projects. As a Planning Consultant, you will be meaningfully engaged in a diverse range and scale of projects and be an active member in a multi-disciplinary team.
Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
- Previous relevant experience.
- A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications - residential / renewables ideally.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
