We are seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Coordinator to join a successful sales team providing a focus on developing new business by increasing customer value.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Support the UK Sales Team to meet their annual growth and new business goals
Provide timely support to Key Account Managers by issuing samples and tracking feedback on time
Issue detailed quotations and make sure the customer fully understands the companies added value
Support with Sales presentations
Generate and reviewing sale history reports and produce any other requested reports
Set up new accounts in CRM and complete customer profiles
Track leads, new projects and follow up as directed
Manage office administration responsibilities
Vetting of invoices
Coordinate with the external legal department on NDAs and other documentation
Manage office supplies and consumables
Maintain the premises and equipment, and any administrative duties related to facilities
Maintain petty cash and expenses, cash flow, and company and personal expenses fort the group.
Requirements:
In possession of a diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent
Have ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in a dynamic sales administration role
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Be eager to learn all about the beauty industry
Have an analytic mindset and attentive to detail
