Salary:
Up to £32,000 (depending on experience and skills)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Job Purpose:
Proactively forge dynamic partnerships with local employers to craft roles that empower our team to exceed the contractual goals of the Employability program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Sustainable Job Opportunities: Identify and develop numerous job placements that match our clients' needs and aspirations.
- Strengthen Employer Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with local employers to ensure a steady stream of job opportunities.
- Support Participants: Regularly connect with participants to help them overcome barriers to re-engagement.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team: Align skills and aspirations with suitable opportunities through comprehensive skills analysis.
- Work with Job Coaches: Ensure all communication channels are utilised to re-engage participants effectively.
- Maintain Standards: Keep participant files compliant with customer service standards and contractual requirements.
- Oversee the Participant Journey: Manage all aspects of the participant journey with dedication and precision.
- Efficient Administration: Produce accurate records and reports while maintaining effective administrative practices.
- Build External Relationships: Establish strong collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, including Job Centres and supply chain partners.
