This is a d2c subscription-based company in the F&B space.
THE ROLE
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Optimising the entire customer journey across a variety of channels
- Making the journeys more automated and analysing how they flow through the different channels
- Work with the development team for new workflows
- Conduct A/B tests and optimisation when needed
Your Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in marketing, copy, communications or design
- HTML experience
- Experience with ESPs
- Commercially minded, systems and process-orientated
- Basic SQL would be useful but not necessary
- Experience conducting A/B tests
- Experience mapping out customer journeys
