Reed are recruiting for a Employee Relations Advisor for one of our clients within Bristol. We're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor or HR Advisor (with experience dealing with ER cases) to support the HR Business Partners. The successful candidate will be supporting managers with absence management policies, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances along with various other day-to-day tasks.

**Key Requirements:

  • ER Expertise: Extensive experience handling ER cases is essential.
  • Flexibility: Must be adaptable and available to attend ER cases in person.
  • Driving: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid working model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), but open to considering a 4-day workweek (32 hours).
