Your new role
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a provider of affordable housing in Cornwall as a supervisor to work within a property services energy improvement function, taking ownership of the coordination of high quality, customer-focused projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide effective line management of operational staff who are undertaking servicing, repairs, and renewals.
- Ensure works undertaken meet the required standards in relation to delivery timescales and quality.
- Be the first point of contact where any problems or issues may arise and take responsibility to resolve them with operational staff.
- Coordinate sub-contractors and in-house trades to help deliver energy improvements to existing housing stock.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must be educated to an A Level or Level 3 qualification level. In addition, experience of retrofitting buildings to improve on energy performance will be important, as well as prior experience in supervising or leading a team.
