Recruitment Administrator

We are currently recruiting for Recruitment Administrator to join our expanding team based in our Birmingham office, to support the Managing Directors and Consultants in the office. We are an education recruitment specialist providing teaching and support staff to schools across the West Midlands.

We have a fantastic team offering a supportive and rewarding office environment, as a company we are big on reward and recognition. We re looking for someone with prior payroll and recruitment administration to support our busy team.

Duties include:

Data input regularly to our CRM

General admin support to the sales team

Dealing with incoming telephone calls

Responding to online enquiries

Adding Assingments to the hub

Managing a task list of administrative duties

Payroll administration -chasing outstanding timesheets and dealing with payroll queries

General Office support

PA duties to the Directors

We are looking for an organised and hard working individual who can multitask. We pride ourselves on safeguarding and ensuring the staff we send to schools are thoroughly checked, you will pay a major part in clearing candidates before they start work and need to have a good eye for detail. Prior experience in recruitment would be desirable.

Days of work are fixed- Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30

Salary: 24 - 25k
