AL767 – Fire Safety Technician
Location: London/Kent (Based from home)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Roughly 33% Bonus on top of salary.
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire Safety Technician on behalf of one of our clients. Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the completion of fire safety inspections on buildings.
- Fire door surveys, inspections & reports.
- Fire safety plans & emergency response plans.
- Completion of audits and reports on secure information boxes.
- General maintenance on secure information boxes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Physically fit and able to spend most of the day on your feet, walking long distances, and able to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs in high rise buildings such as tower blocks of flats.
- Have a full, clean driving license.
- Happy with travelling to different locations to do on-site inspections and visits and will be happy with regular stays away from home (this can vary from week to week and will be covered in detail at interview).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have a good understanding and application of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and internet applications.
