Our clients are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team! They supply and manufacture high quality products.
Customer Service Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximise customer satisfaction
- Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
- Creating reports based on the performance of the customer service team, ready to be reported to higher management
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Develop customer service policies and procedures
The ideal Customer Service Team Leader will:
- Experience within a customer service role
- Ideally managed teams of customer service agents
- Worked within a manufacturing company previously (preferred)
Working Hours:
- 24 Hours a Week
- Core Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
- Flexibility in working hours
