Recruitment Consultant

With a fantastic commission package and an early finish on Friday's, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Deliver unrivalled customer service to clients and candidates.
- Managing your own client and candidate databases and delivering excellent, pro-active customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met.
- Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with suitably skilled candidates by sourcing the ideal candidates to place in client vacancies.
- Complete review meetings with clients to communicate business changes and trends in the marketplace to remain the recruiter of choice.
- Understand client operations and challenge appropriately.
- Arrange meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and propose solutions.
- Utilise modern recruitment techniques to connect with candidates & Clients.
- Be creative in your approach when networking with businesses and candidates.
- Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any worthwhile information to the client, candidate & internal Business Development team.
- Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Work Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00hrs per week
- Receive a basic salary of £26,000
- Receive a fantastic commission structure
