Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mechanical Engineering at post-16/Further Education level.
- Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum development and assessment planning.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
- Utilise industry experience to enhance teaching materials and approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience teaching Mechanical Engineering.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to hands-on learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
