area as a Depot Manager.

Your day-to-day duty will be to lead, manage and develop site operations (including crate washing), service delivery, efficiency and quality across the Curdworth region whilst delivering exceptional customer service to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

What can you expect as a Depot Manager at phs Teacrate?

  • You will manage operations within the depot, delivering all products to customers, and maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Your knowledge and skills will be utilised in the creation of depot budgets, controlling annual costs and reporting projected expenditure.
  • You will take the lead in the hiring, training, and development of your team.
  • You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations with great support from department heads.
  • You will be trusted to meet and monitor KPI's, incident reports, and compliance with ISO, IIP and H&S schemes.

What will you need to be a Depot Manager at phs Teacrate?

  • Experience in fast moving warehouse and production environments, large machinery, and processes
  • Geographical knowledge of your service area
  • Hold a valid driving license (essential)
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance/transportation would be an advantage.
