Customer Support Administrator

Your new company
This organisation is seeking some temporary customer support administrators to join their team whilst they are going through a busy period.
Your new role
You will be uploading customer information sent in via email or letter onto the in-house system, ensuring all information is correct and that no information is missing. You will also be responding to customers and chasing any outstanding information needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You are immediately available for work and are able to get to the city centre office 5 days a week. Your previous experience within data entry and administration will help you succeed in this role. You have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You can work well within a team and can work well to tight deadlines.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent hourly rate of £12.88 per hour plus holiday pay. This is a great opportunity to further your experience and skills within administration and there may be other opportunities for you in business. You'll be working for a well-established company in a great location in Manchester City Centre.
