Service Advisor

£26000 - £28000
6am-4pm / 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, every other Saturday 8am-12pm
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, progression opportunities and parking on site
My client, a well established and successful business based in Thurrock, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and assisting with their requirements, managing all enquiries
- Booking appointments with customers, utilising scheduling management system
- Liaising with customers to communicate recommendations, estimated costs and timelines, gaining customer approval before proceeding
- Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure timely completion, keeping customers updated
- Maintaining records of communication with customers, appointments and service history
- Ensuring paperwork is completed correctly and files appropriately
- Providing a high level of service, addressing any complaints or concerns
