Key Account Manager

Are you passionate about driving revenue and building strong relationships? Do you have a knack for strategic planning and customer satisfaction? Our client is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their team!

As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind revenue generation through exceptional account management and positive relationship development with their corporate clients. You'll report to the Client Services Director and work closely with their Sales Team to develop and implement strategic account plans that maximise revenue and identify new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong connections with key contacts within their existing customer accounts.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and progress opportunities for revenue growth within each account.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute Account Plans with clear objectives and measurable targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing feedback to the operational team and assisting with improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations Managers and Team Leaders to improve service levels and referral volumes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use MI (Management Information) to monitor trends and propose growth opportunities.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and respond to customer complaints effectively.
  • Internal Leadership: Develop strong relationships with the internal leadership team to deliver common business objectives.
  • Tender Support: Assist in completing tenders and support tender presentations.
  • Promote Company Culture: Commit to the company's Mission and Vision, promoting their culture and values.
  • Documentation: Document significant customer interactions and progress on agreed actions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Account Management or Client Relationship roles
  • Proven experience in rehabilitation or Corporate Healthcare/Occupational Health market
  • Highly flexible with excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data analysis skills

Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £36,000, with fully remote work available.
