**Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Life Sciences) Salary: Starting Basic Salary £26,000 + commission (1st Year OTE £40,000)
Our client is an Executive Search company, specialising across 4 main sectors; Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Industrial and Infrastructure.
They are a fast growing, young and entrepreneurial business, with offices in New York & London. A number of their clients are working on manufacturing the COVID-19 Vaccine and this opportunity will be instrumental in sourcing talented individuals for these clients.
They are now looking to hire in their new Soho London office, which allows for further development and expansion of the business. They are looking to appoint a 360 Business Recruitment Consultant.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Life Sciences) - Key responsibilities include:
- Working within a core market, operating within your own individual sector and delivering search solutions at the highest level.
- Responsible for Account Management of current clients.
- Responsible for managing processes with both clients and candidates.
- Business Development and attracting new accounts.
- Full autonomy and responsibility for the recruitment process.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Life Sciences) - Key requirements include:
- Hardworking and a genuine interest in a Sales career.
- To be based in London.
- 2:1 Degree or above
- Competitive personality.
- Outstanding networking ability and people skills.
