Personal Assistant
Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a dynamic events company who specialise in organising conferences and events within the logistics and supply chain sector in the UK. The position is fully remote, however you will have to attend conferences and events which take place in London around 5 times a year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the company's CRM system.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Provide personal assistant support to the company's leader.
- Attend and support all company events, primarily held in London.
- Identify and implement new ideas to streamline processes and enhance business eficiencies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to think laterally and introduce innovative ideas.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel to London for company events.
- Prior experience in CRM management and administrative roles is preferred.
