The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with a well-established and highly successful manufacturing company located on the outskirts of Witney, who are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers, encompassing a good understanding of their needs, and processing their requirements with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Process orders received via email and the ordering system
- Answer telephone calls and deal with customer queries efficiently
- Promote and cross sell products
- Give customers technical information on products confidently
- Handle complaints and disputes professionally and aim the resolve the situation amicably
- Develop a good working relationship with internal departments
- Think "outside the box" and offer achievable solutions to problems

- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Have a pleasant and friendly style
- Excellent attention to detail
