Senior UX/UI Designer
Salary: £70,000 + Benefits
Hybrid: London/Basingstoke 2 days/week
I'm excited to be working with a highly prestigious and industry-leading consumer goods brand who are going through a large-scale technology and digital transformation. I am looking for a dynamic Senior UX/UI Designer to join the organisation at an exciting time.
The role?
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with our CX Manager, UI Designer, Product Owners, and Developers to create digital solutions that enhance our customers' experiences. Reporting into our Head of Product Management, you will be a key player, balancing ideal user experiences with technical constraints and business needs.
What you'll do:
- Simplify highly complex user journeys
- Understand & consider our wider ecosystem
- Apply wireframing and prototyping techniques to rapidly build & validate responsive experiences
- Apply atomic design principles to create functional, accessible and scalable patterns * Ensure final designs are on-brand, bringing our luxury & heritage brand to life with a premium aesthetic
About you:
- Strong delivery focussed designer.
- Proven experience designing cross-device experiences in a customer-facing retail environment
- Research: Proficient in analytics (Quant) and customer research (Qual).
- UI: Expertise in creating responsive UI designs with modern design standards and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Navigation, Interface & Information Design.
- Proficient in using Figma and contributing to pattern libraries.
