This role is for you if you are looking to become a financial advisor. The firm are looking for those who have either achieved, or are part way through their level four diploma, and have experience in financial service to train up and develop into financial advisors. The firm can provide a one to one training programme where you will learn the skills needed to be a successful financial advisor. Once you reach that stage, they will continue to provide HNW leads, full paraplanning support, growth opportunities, etc.

The Business

The firm are a medium sized business based in central London who are going through a period of growth, hence the need for advisors. They have a strong culture of developing their advisors both in terms of experience levels, as well as opportunities. Whilst this opportunity is employed, they are open to looking at employed initially moving into self employed later down the line. They offer boutique advice and hold the client and the centre of all they do.

The Role

This role will see you finish your level four diploma and work one to one with one of the firm's experienced financial advisors. They will show the ropes in terms of how to be a successful advisor. You'll be attending client meetings, helping create the advice for the clients, get involved in paraplanning duties, etc. You'll follow their well trodden development path with the end goal of being an accomplished financial planner. From there they will provide HNW leads, admin support, etc, to go out and be successful.

Requirements

  • Level four qualification in financial planning, accomplished or part qualified acceptable
  • Experience in a financial services role, e.g. an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner
  • Experience with client facing duties, or a sales background
